DGLD® recognizes that some token holders and liquidity providers were negatively affected by the February 2026 exploit carried out through publicly available smart contract code. While the incident resulted from malicious third-party activity, we remain committed to mitigating the impact on our community.

This form is the first step in the claims process. Submitting a claim does not guarantee eligibility or any specific outcome. Requests will be reviewed in good faith.

Eligibility will require KYC/KYB verification, proof of wallet ownership, and acceptance of the applicable conditions. Any relief will be paid only to the verified affected wallet address or to a bank account held in the claimant’s name.

As a reminder, Base balances were restored to their state at block 42529797 (the block immediately preceding the exploit). Wallets that did not transact during the exploit window have not been affected. Where holdings were fully restored as a result of the reset, no further action is required.

Claims must be submitted by April 25, 2026 — 45 days from balance restoration on Base.
